I'm a senior in high school that has completely neglected her health during the college process and has eaten her feelings adding 40 lbs to my previously normal weight. I got into college in November, but I haven't changed my eating habits. I really want to enjoy the rest of my senior year and make sure I'm healthy when I go to college. Through eating healthy and exercising I hope to increase my cardio stamina, clear my distance from the possibility of diabetes in my future, and feel good about my body. When I was 13 I weighed 195lbs and weighed 165lbs when I was about 15, I did it very healthily, so I know how to lose weight, I just need to be held accountable for what I put into my body and how I use it. I also want to put my inspireations of bodies I believe to be healthy and fit, I don't want to be a stick. Just a way of creating goals I will have goals weights. The more followers I have, the more I'll feel the incentive to go to the gym instead of making excuses! Weigh myself every monday.

Ask me anything
that once I lose the weight and reach a point where I’m happy with my body, people will still consider me the “big girl”.
just have to keep it up, and then it will become a routine and part of who you are
